The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing.

This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. About the role: You will be creating engaging, informative content for our Help Center website that educates users and enhances their product experience. You'll combine strong writing skills, technical knowledge, product expertise and user empathy to develop clear, accessible content that addresses user needs while maintaining brand voice and driving self-service adoption.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content for help centers, knowledge bases, and getting started guides

  • Develop instructional content including how-to guides, tutorials, and FAQs

  • Create and optimize content for different learning styles and user knowledge levels

  • Leverage AI tools to help draft, optimize, and scale content production efficiently

  • Use AI writing assistants while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency

  • Collaborate with product teams to understand features and translate technical concepts into user-friendly language

  • Maintain content accuracy through regular audits and updates as products evolve

  • Apply AI-poweredSEO best practices to ensure help content is discoverable

  • Use analytics to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities

  • Participate in user research to better understand customer pain points

  • Follow content guidelines and maintain consistent voice across all materials

  • Review support bot data to understand customer challenges and develop help center articles that solve recurring issues

About you:

  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience writing technical or educational content, preferably in SaaS

  • Excellent writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply

  • Proficiency with AI writing tools and prompt engineering

  • Experience with content management systems and help authoring tools

  • Understanding of information architecture and content organization

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with Markdown

  • Experience with user research and content testing methods

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €74,000-€82,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
