If you resent reporting as much as we do, then join our team and help us reinvent the most disliked managerial task.
Reporting is often seen as a chore, yet it's crucial. When done correctly, it transforms from a mere status update into a powerful strategic tool. At Asana, the Reporting Connections team aims to make reporting an enjoyable, high-impact experience, providing leaders with the clarity and confidence needed to run their organizations effectively.
Our mission is to forge the essential link between where work happens and where decisions are made. Executives and senior leaders don't need more dashboards; they need effortless access to critical information. They want clear, concise updates delivered directly to their inboxes, Slack, or morning meetings, without the need to open another tab.
We are building systems that deliver real-time insights across various tools, teams, and templates. We are redefining reporting, and that's where you come in. If you've ever found yourself frustrated by status updates, this role might be for you.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.
Our employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.

-
You’ve delivered full-stack features end-to-end, from backend services to frontend polish.
