Full Stack Developer:

We’re looking for A Senior Full Stack Developer:

Position Overview and Objective

The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications while also contributing to Service Now development. This role combines expertise in modern application development with experience customizing, integrating, and extending the Service Now platform, automations and API integrations. .

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and enhance full‑stack applications using modern frameworks and toolsets.
  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and build integrations across business systems, APIs, and data sources.
  • Have experience building and delivering full development solutions, including: implementing complex designs in a systematic and organized manner; writing well organized, testable, and high performing code; bug-fixing and on-going maintenance.
  • Build Service Now technical solutions including configuration, scripting, workflow development, and automation.
  • Perform coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment across full stack and Service Now environments.
  • Establish Knowledge Management as a core practice within Corporate IT, including a repository of knowledge, the practice of managing knowledge through iterative changes, and the sharing of knowledge to different levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Systems, Security, Endpoint, Identity, IT Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure.
  • Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Service Now platform.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and releases for both application and Service Now systems.
  • Document our current application development and delivery environments and promote the use of CI/CD practices where possible to deliver business value faster.
  • Document solutions and data flows for teammates consumption.
  • Create Service Now reports and dashboards.
  • Mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and provide architectural guidance.

Key Skills

  • Strong full‑stack development capabilities (frontend, backend, databases, API development).
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, Java, Python, SQL, modern frontend frameworks, and integration technologies.
  • Advanced Service Now development and scripting capabilities (UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflows).
  • Experience in system integrations, automation, data transformation, and multi‑system workflows.
  • Strong architectural, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-stack application development experience.
  • 5+ years of automation.
  • Proven Service Now development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Service Now Discovery, Orchestration, or Integrations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise business systems (CRM, ERP, CMS).
  • Clear understanding of Okta, Okta Workflows and Identity Access Management.
  • Experience working in an ITIL-oriented environment.

Travel Requirements

  • Typically, 10% or less of business travel
