We are looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering (Artificial Intelligence Security Operations Automation) to help achieve this mission.
The Senior Manager, Quality Engineering will contribute to our Engineering organization by leading quality strategy, validation frameworks, and test automation initiatives for next-generation artificial intelligence-powered security operations platforms. This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, safety, scalability, and performance of autonomous workflows, large language model-driven systems, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native automation solutions that enhance security operations outcomes.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Lead a team of Quality Engineering professionals focused on validating cloud-native, data-intensive, and artificial intelligence-driven security operations automation systems

Define and execute quality engineering strategy for intelligent automation capabilities, including detection pipelines, incident response playbooks, enrichment services, and autonomous agent-based systems

Design and implement scalable testing frameworks for artificial intelligence models, large language model workflows, reasoning agents, and autonomous task execution systems

Establish validation methodologies for large language model accuracy, reliability, latency, bias detection, safety controls, and guardrail enforcement

Partner closely with software engineering, threat detection, incident response, data science, and platform engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-fidelity automation across the security operations ecosystem

Drive continuous improvement in automation, observability, performance validation, and release quality across all engineering deliverables

Establish quality metrics, test coverage strategies, and automated validation platforms that support rapid delivery while maintaining high standards of reliability

Guide teams in implementing best practices for testing machine learning systems, agent behavior validation, deterministic and non-deterministic testing approaches, and artificial intelligence safety evaluation

Prioritize and execute roadmap objectives while maintaining strong engineering quality, code health, and team productivity

Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF:

You have significant experience leading Quality Engineering teams supporting cloud-native and distributed software platforms

You have experience validating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language model-driven applications

You have expertise designing automation frameworks and scalable testing strategies for complex software systems

You have strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, test automation, observability, and performance engineering

You understand artificial intelligence evaluation techniques, model validation approaches, and safety testing methodologies

You have experience working with autonomous systems, reasoning agents, or multi-agent orchestration frameworks

You have experience collaborating across software engineering, data science, platform engineering, and cybersecurity teams

You have strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor engineers and drive high-performing teams

You possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have:

Experience working in cybersecurity, security operations, or managed detection and response environments

Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and infrastructure automation

Experience evaluating large language model applications and agentic artificial intelligence frameworks

Knowledge of machine learning operations, artificial intelligence governance, and model lifecycle management
