Training Technician

YOUR ROLE

• Become training specialist for northeast region. In this role you will have the opportunity to support people develop new skills and be ready for their next roles in careers, as well as participate in the improvement of the internal procedures of the department, helping in the transition to becoming into a versatie, strategic and result focused team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control of EOS documentation regarding training
• Control of training dashboard and responsible of accomplishment of targets
• Champion of lean administration in HR procedures
• Multi skill talent pool
• Training center standardization in the region

YOUR BACKGROUND

• 2 years experience in HR, lean management, training
• Expertise in labor intensive companies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced excel skills
• Enligh (intermediate)
• Lean manufacturing, Lean administration
• General HR and training knowledge
