YOUR ROLE

As a Project Engineer – Vehicle Systems & Connected Services, you will support customer programs by diagnosing vehicle-level issues, working on ECU and powertrain systems, and leveraging simulation tools to validate connected vehicle functionalities. You will be the customer-facing technical expert—ensuring successful deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of Aptiv’s advanced mobility solutions across OEM platforms.

Your key responsibilities:· Provide customer-facing engineering support for vehicle systems, ECUs, and powertrain/ADAS-related issues.
· Utilize simulation, validation, and diagnostic tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve vehicle-level concerns.
· Collaborate with OEM engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver system-level technical solutions.
· Conduct vehicle-level testing, data analysis, and reporting to ensure successful implementation of connected services.
· Support field activities, including on‑vehicle issue resolution and customer workshops (travel required).

YOUR BACKGROUND

· 2–5 years of experience in automotive engineering, preferably in powertrain, ADAS, ECUs, or vehicle diagnostics.· Hands-on experience with simulation tools, diagnostic equipment, or vehicle validation systems.
· Strong customer-facing capability with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
· Experience working with OEMs
· Willingness to travel as needed; Pune-based candidates preferred.
