Your Role:

  • Lead embedded software sub-system development to meet customer requirements, quality, cost, and delivery schedules

  • Manage and coordinate global/distributed automotive software development teams

  • Plan and track resources, features/functions, defects, and overall project performance (timing, quality, cost)

  • Act as the primary customer interface for all software-related topics and status reporting

  • Drive risk and change management across customers, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Negotiate software scope, content, and delivery schedules with customers and subcontractors

  • Define integration plans, dependencies, quality gates, and accountability across internal teams and third-party vendors

  • Support and ensure compliance with software processes, audits, and quality assurance standards

  • Coordinate system inputs, integration activities, and independent test plans

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure transparent, KPI-driven program communication

Your background:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and deployment

  • 3+ years of experience delivering software programs and working directly with customers

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

  • Strong expertise in software project management methods and tools

  • Hands-on experience with Agile development and management practices

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and willingness to travel internationally

  • Knowledge of software quality processes and standards (e.g. ASPICE)

  • Experience with software integration, functional testing, and quality gates

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and quality monitoring tools

  • Very good written and spoken English skills
