Responsibilities:

• Performs and documents advanced analysis of electronic circuits.

• Creates simulation models of complex components and circuits.

• Prepares scripts to support modelling and simulation activities.

• Takes responsibility for documents and resources related to simulation tools and methods.

• Supports programs and mentors engineers in the field of modelling and simulation.

• Provides trainings related to simualtion tools and methods.

• Actively participates in design reviews.

• Solves complex technical problems with simulation means.

• Represents ECAE within Aptiv.

• Continuous learning and self-development.

• Follows Aptiv values and cares for confidential information, company’s property and company good image.

Requirements:

• MSc in Electronics or similar or BSc in Electronics or similar.

• Very good knowledge of electronics components and multiple types of electronic circuits (analog and digital).

• Very good skills related to electronic components modeling and electronic circuits simulation (eg. SPICE, VHDL, IBIS, S-parameter) and knowledge of simulators (eg. Maple, Mathcad, Xpedition AMS, LTSpice, Hyper Lynx, Ansys Electronics Desktop).

• Specialisation in specific simulation type and basic skills related to other types (eg. WCCA, Transients PI, SI, EM).

• Min. 3-5 years of experience on position related to simulation of electronic circuits or similar.

• Experience in solving technical problems.

• Experience in training and knowledge and skills transfer.

• Good level of technical English.
