Global Program Manager, Early Careers in Talent Development Role Purpose
The Global Program Manager, Talent Development will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Aptiv’s talent development portfolio, with a primary focus on early and emerging talent programs and flexibility to support broader development needs. This includes internships, co-ops, graduate pipelines, entry-level talent initiatives, and development experiences that build readiness, capability, and career growth for early career talent, emerging talent, and other priority talent groups. This role will create scalable programs that strengthen talent pipelines, improve conversion and retention, and support business priorities across regions. It will also build repeatable infrastructure that can scale globally and own ongoing reporting and visibility into program results. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Inclusion and Employee Brand, Global Head of Early Talent, this role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and regional teams to align strategy, execution, and participant experience globally.

Partner across HR, Talent Acquisition, and the business to deliver measurable talent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Design

Translate talent development priorities into scalable program plans.

Set program standards, participant journeys, and learning pathways.

Design development experiences for early and emerging talent.

Support manager and leadership development priorities as needed.

Build scalable program components, playbooks, resources, and tools to support global delivery.
Program Delivery & Operations
-
Lead delivery of talent development programs, with a focus on early and emerging talent.

Coordinate onboarding, milestones, communications, and conversion processes.

Manage program logistics, materials, and facilitator coordination.
-
Track delivery quality and resolve issues across regions.
Stakeholder Partnership & Experience

Partner with senior leaders, HR, and regional stakeholders to deliver priorities.

Align programs to business needs and talent pipeline priorities.

Build university and external partnerships that strengthen talent pipelines and brand presence.

Partner with regional teams to deliver a strong participant experience.
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

Track program metrics, including participation, completion, conversion, and retention.

Develop regular reporting and dashboards to track program performance, trends, and key outcomes.

Measure effectiveness using feedback, readiness indicators, and business outcomes.

Use data and benchmarking to improve programs and participant experience.

Improve tools and reporting to support scale and visibility.
Governance & Compliance

Ensure programs align with policy, legal, and regional requirements.

Manage vendors, facilitators, and external partners as needed.

Track risks and support continuous improvement.
Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in talent development, early talent, leadership development, L&D, talent management, or program management.

Experience with university relationships, campus engagement, or external talent partnerships preferred.
-
Proven success managing complex programs across stakeholders and regions.
-
Knowledge of adult learning, learning design, and facilitation preferred.
-
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-
Experience using data to evaluate and improve program outcomes.
-
Able to balance strategy, execution, and attention to detail.
