We’re hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located at TCI Bengaluru.

Your Role

• Lead the design and governance of automotive embedded software architectures, including AUTOSAR‑based solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Define scalable, modular, and reusable architectural patterns, components, and interfaces across automotive platforms using AUTOSAR Classic concepts.
• Drive the full SDLC from requirements through deployment, providing technical oversight to meet quality, schedule, cost, and compliance objectives.
• Apply deep expertise in embedded systems, MCU architectures, AUTOSAR BSW/RTE, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Establish and oversee testing, debugging, and system validation using tools such as Vector CANalyzer/CANoe, Renesas hardware, and AUTOSAR validation workflows.
• Act as the primary customer interface for software architecture, managing architecture toolchains, evaluating new technologies, and delivering innovative, value‑driven AUTOSAR solutions.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Graduate in BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electronics/ Electricals /Instrumentation /Computer Science) with work experience of 10+ years
• Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic Architecture, including end-to-end configuration and integration of Communication Stack (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), Memory Stack (NVM, FEE), Diagnostic Stack (DEM, DCM, UDS) and AUTOSAR OS modules (OS, ECUM, BSWM, Power Mod)

(OR) Proven experience with Software Download (SWDL) and Over-the-Air (OTA) update mechanisms, including Bootloader interaction and flashing strategies

• Hands-on experience with Vector Da Vinci tools, particularly Da Vinci Configurator and related AUTOSAR configuration workflows
• Strong knowledge of 32-bit Microcontroller architectures, with hands-on development experience on: Infineon Aurix, Renesas, Power

PC or ARM-based automotive MCUs:

• Solid understanding of Automotive Product Development lifecycle, including compliance and alignment with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE)

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum-based software development environments, including sprint planning, reviews, and continuous integration practices

• Working experience in one or more Automotive domains: ADAS, Infotainment or Vehicle Gateway systems

• Work timing- 6PM to 3AM - candidates interested to work only with the give time frame can apply, attractive allowances provided.
