To support our Technical Center in Braga, Portugal, we are currently looking for a Lead Certification Engineer to work in a highly experience development team focus on advance user experience and infotainment products.

Your Role

• Manage the certification process of high-end products together with Aptiv teams our partners and our Customers.

• Verify and test the compliance of our products according to legal requirements for countries and technologies companies

• Responsible for time and cost planning and support Platform Owner / Project Management Team

• Defines HW & SW Certification Requirements for Aptiv / Costumers Implementation to achieve.

• Create and evaluate documentation to support products certification.

• Create certification/testing process and support inexperience colleagues / teams

• On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with Aptiv’s quality standards.

• Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams. Alignment of technical details with our suppliers.

• Continuous development of professional qualifications.

Your Background

• MSc Engineering Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technologies, Informatic Systems or other Engineering Degrees (preferred).

• Good English skills (both spoken and written).

• Knowledge in electronics, telecommunications and informatics (preferred).

• Good Organizational and Management Skills (preferred).

• Experience on Automotive Industrie (preferred).

• Knowledge in Wireless Technologies like WLAN (Wi-Fi) an Bluetooth, and others (preferred).

• Willingness to travel.
