Responsibilities:

• Understand the needs of the Subject Matter experts (SMEs) & related competencies for the assigned functions.

• Business requirement management

• Work closely with the Subject Matter experts (SMEs) to develop detailed requirements, including the project requirements database structure, work item types and attributes.

• Managing the product backlog and ensuring its transparent, ordered and clear.

• Report out requirement status (e.g. in work, approved, implemented, tested).

• Validate the Requirements prior execution.

• Drive the vendor to perform the scope definition for the features of the future system & process according to the requirements.

• Manage & drive the development of the use and test cases in cooperation with SMEs and vendor.

• Manage & drive the development of the features of the future system & process in cooperation with SMEs and vendor in alignment with the other teams and SMEs.

• Drive the development of acceptance criteria for features and their elaboration

• Coordinate the testing per the acceptance criteria, trace and bring to resolution all the issues in all project phases

• Guarantee full traceability (Stakeholder/implementation/testing requirements)

• With proactive and open approach contribute in ensuring full Aptiv internal customer satisfaction

• Facilitate in risk management process

• Extracting data using special tools and software, responding to data-related queries, analyzing and interpreting trends from the data, and reporting trends to add business value

• Researching new ways to make use of data

• Presenting information generated from data to vendors and managers

Requirements:

• Growth mindset, open to learn

• MSc degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Economics, Project Management or related

• Ability to create documentation in MS Excel

• Previous experience with Aptiv engineering tools and processes R

• Ability to speak, read and write English

• Very good communication skills R

• Focus on customer satisfaction, proactive approach. Understand the needs, mitigate issues.

• Analytical Skills: Collecting and analysing data from different sources; presenting the output of the analysis in form of the clear report (SQL, Python) - would be an asset.

• Problem-solving skills R

• A methodical and logical approach R
