YOUR ROLE

As a Delivery Owner – Technical Manager (ADAS), you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of ADAS projects by driving robust delivery governance, tracking progress and risks, and enabling strong alignment across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. This role focuses on execution excellence, transparency, and communication rather than hands‑on engineering delivery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive delivery governance, including progress tracking, milestone follow‑up, KPI monitoring, and risk management
  • Ensure clear, consistent reporting on quality, timelines, dependencies, and delivery status
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision‑making
  • Monitor plan versus execution and support teams in identifying and driving corrective actions where needed
  • Support delivery leadership with escalations and continuous improvement of reporting and governance practices

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 5–10 years of experience in delivery management, project governance, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of software/product development lifecycles and quality processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across global, cross‑functional teams
  • Exposure to Agile ways of working, PMO reporting, or tools such as JIRA, Confluence, eazyBI, or Grafana is a plus
  • Automotive or ADAS domain experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
