YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Lead Electrical Simulation and Analysis Engineering, you will play a key role in guiding Aptiv’s automotive OEM customers toward best-in-class electronic system performance. You will perform advanced high‑speed simulations, virtual validation, and worst‑case circuit analyses using industry-standard tools such as Hyper Lynx and Ansys. Your work will directly influence the reliability, safety, and performance of next‑generation automotive electronics.

You will apply strong electronics, semiconductor physics, and analytical skills to perform circuit analysis, simulation, modeling, and report generation supporting high-speed interfaces and board‑level electronic design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform high‑speed SI/PI simulations using Hyper Lynx and Ansys tools
• Execute PCB/board‑level and full 3D EM simulations for system validation
• Create detailed simulation reports, analyses, and recommendations
• Develop component and circuit simulation models (IBIS, SPICE, Touchstone)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global engineering teams

YOUR BACKGROUND

• 6–10 years of experience in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and high‑speed PCB simulation
• Hands-on expertise with Hyper Lynx (SI/PI), Ansys Electronics Desktop, SIwave, or HFSS
• Experience with high‑speed interfaces such as LPDDR4/5, PCIe Gen3+, CSI‑2, OSPI, QSPI
• Knowledge of simulation models including IBIS, SPICE, and S‑parameters
• Understanding of EMI/EMC fundamentals; prior automotive domain experience is an advantage
