Want to join us?As a Production Readiness Support, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that production requirements are fully understood, prepared, and validated before new products and engineering changes reach the shop floor. You will serve as an internal project manager for industrial readiness activities and a technical communication bridge with global engineering.

Your Role:

• Coordinate Production Readiness activities across engineering, quality, production, and logistics teams.

• Ensure full alignment between engineering specifications and factory capabilities before product launch.

• Manage technical communication with engineering centers located outside of Portugal.

• Review and interpret technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and engineering changes.

• Identify industrial risks and lead problem-solving actions to ensure process stability.

• Support prototype builds, pilot phases, and initial production runs.

• Prepare and lead cross-functional readiness meetings and status updates.

• Monitor readiness KPIs and ensure compliance with defined project gates.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in coordinating technical or industrial projects.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.

• Fluency in English.

• Problem‑solving mindset and autonomy.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Jira

• Understanding of manufacturing processes

• Experience or interest in AI‑based tools / AI‑supported workflows
