Being a part of the Configuration Systems Engineering Team at Aptiv in Krakow gives you the possibility to cooperate with all competencies involved in product development to establish and maintain the integrity of work products of a project and make them available to affected parties. As our specialist, you will ensure project baselines coordination and evaluate configuration items, performing baseline audits for customer releases.

Your Role

· Developing and maintaining the Configuration Management Strategy for supported projects

· Support identification of CIs Configuration Items which are required by the project.

· Support to establish a configuration management system and tool infrastructure according to the strategy.

· Establish Baseline Strategy and ensure baseline consistency in the overall project context.

· Verify the status of CIs and baselines by executing Baseline Audits according to the project timing.

· Co-operate with all departments involved in development of supported projects

· Representing the project team in Quality Audits in scope of the SUP.8 process.

· Regularity and precision in performed work.

· Constant and systematic improvement of the professional qualifications.

· Integrity in relation to the company, customers and associates.

Your Background

· Education: Master's Degree

· Fluent English

· Large interpersonal skills (communication skills, assertiveness)

· Very good work organization

· Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).

· Knowledge of software engineering principles (including quality Automotive SPICE standards) in terms of documentation will be an advantage

· Experience in the Configuration Management or SW development tools (Polarion, Jira, GIT/Gerrit, Sharepoint etc.) will be an advantage
