Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Support Lean transformation and smart factory initiatives across DS and SB plants
• Support AMR deployment, MES setup/stabilization, and manufacturing digitalization activities
• Improve manufacturing processes, productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational performance
• Standardize workflows and support continuous improvement activities using Lean methodologies
• Analyze operational data and support data-driven improvement projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and plant efficiency improvements

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in Lean manufacturing, MES, automation, or process improvement
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and productivity improvement activities
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools
• Automotive industry experience preferred
