YOUR ROLE

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive experience by providing timely support, order follow-up, and issue resolution. This role acts as a key contact between customers and internal departments such as supply chain, production, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure accurate order entry.
  • Monitor order status, shipments, and committed delivery dates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, production, logistics) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Proactively communicate risks, delays, or changes to customers.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, including shortages, delays, or quality concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in ERP systems and customer portals.
  • Ensure proper and consistent use of customer portals, especially for high-demand accounts requiring daily interaction.
  • Generate and analyze reports (OTIF, backlog, order status, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain.

  • Experience handling high-demand customers.

  • Advanced English (required for communication with international clients).

  • Experience with SAP

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
