Major Accountabilities:

Authorities

Allocate resources, such as personnel, budget, and equipment, to support hardware engineering projects, prioritizing efforts based on project objectives.

Conduct performance evaluations and make decisions regarding promotions, bonuses, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.

Implement employee recognition platforms and incentive programs to recognize and reward outstanding performance within the hardware engineering team.

Engage with stakeholders involved in hardware engineering projects, advocating for the team's interests and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members, guiding their career growth and enhancing team capabilities.
