Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with logistics processes, leading the receiving warehouse team, and guaranteeing adherence to safety and quality requirements. You will report to the Warehouse Leader.

Your Role

• Ensure the efficient execution of daily warehouse operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse operator team.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs.
• Implement continuous improvement actions to reduce waste, optimize flows, and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production to manage line-feeding activities and critical materials.
• Enforce warehouse safety rules and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits.

Your Background

• Secondary education, preferably with technical-professional training or related field
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Knowledge of logistics processes;
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.
