工作职责:

1. 负责模具的维修，保养，点检，清理等工作

2. 每班点检生产中的模具状态，及时清理模面，润滑滑块顶针，并填写《模具维护表》

3. 转入模具的检查保养，储存，记录等工作并填写《模具接收情况检查表》

4. 根据生产计划提前准备模具，并在要求内完成模具的清理，保养工作

5. 异常模具问题分析，提出改善意见

6. 订单完成后模具的保养，除锈，储存工作

工作经验及学历要求:

中专、技校以上学历，熟悉使用电脑、会使用UG，CAD者优先 能独立进行模具维修及保养工作 熟悉塑胶模具结构及原理 熟悉进行磨床的操作 有五年以上汽车&接插件注塑模具装配维修经验，lnsert Molding者优先
