YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, integrate, and lead complex Salesforce solutions that support business‑critical processes. You will also develop advanced Tableau reports and provide technical guidance and best practices across projects, working closely with global stakeholders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Lead and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards and analytics to support business insights
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best‑practice guidance to team members
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to deliver high‑quality solutions

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development and integrations
• Experience with Tableau reporting and analytics (preferred)
• Salesforce certifications, Agile/Scrum exposure, and leadership experience are strong advantages
