YOUR ROLE

As PC&L Manager on our team, you will: Optimize raw material procurement and production scheduling through SAP.

In your daily job you will:

• Production Scheduling: Efficiently schedule production using appropriate SAP transactions. Correctly manage delivery routes according to schedules.

• Inventory Control: Meet inventory goals by analyzing customer requirements and using SAP software, as well as using timely signals to our suppliers to meet objectives without jeopardizing production.

• Personnel Management: Manage and efficiently train staff to meet established objectives.

• Safety Focus: Meet safety objectives by applying accident prevention techniques.

• Comply with Budget: Achieve budget objectives through the effective management of assigned resources.

• Implement Improvement Projects: Implement improvement and cost reduction projects through CIIM (Inventory Management), in all matters related to Production, Inventory (Excess), Part Number Changes (Material), etc.

• Any other work activity related to your position**.**

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or relates

• English level advanced

• +5 years of experience in areas of pc&l (Customer Service, Procurement, Planning)

• Personal management

• Knowledge in APICS

• MS Office
