About the role

主要职责:
1. 负责生产制程的质量控制,及时上报制程异常;
2. 处理内外部客户投诉;
3. 协助安排、指导现场质量检验员的日常工作;
4. 跟进长期质量改进项目的落地执行;
5. 管辖区域内审核文件准备;
6. 分层审核和内审的执行;
7.厂内来料不良问题反馈及供应商改善措施跟踪;
8.外发产品的质量管控;
9. 完成部门主管安排的其他质量相关工作。

任职条件:
1. 大专及以上学历,理工科背景优先;
2. 三年以上工作经验(有注塑经验更佳);
3. 能熟练使用办公室软件;
4. 能够看懂图纸,具备运用8D思维分析问题的能力;
5. 可适应短期出差;
6. 具备良好的抗压能力,能适应快节奏、多任务的现场工作环境;
7. 拥有优秀的沟通协调能力;
8. 拥有较强的学习能力,可快速掌握新的质量工具与工艺要求;
9. 具备良好的问题分析与逻辑思维能力,能独立排查现场质量隐患。
