YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager at Aptiv, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of complex automotive engineering projects. You will be accountable for cost, quality, timelines, risks, and customer communication, working across engineering, quality, finance, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle delivery aligned to automotive product development processes (PDP)
• Manage project financials including budget planning, cost tracking, and delivery commitments
• Lead project risk management, mitigation planning, and escalation as required
• Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring clear communication and delivery alignment
• Drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing interfaces

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Software, or Systems)
• 8+ years of experience managing automotive or embedded engineering projects
• Proven experience with cost, schedule, and risk ownership for full programs (not task coordination)
• Strong understanding of automotive product development lifecycle and engineering deliverables
• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
