HR Support Intern at Aptiv

Your Role:

• Support on the HR processes (Hiring, on boarding, development, termination)

• Support on the monitoring of the HR KPI defined

• Support and management of internal corporate events;

• Learn the personnel training process (from the analysis of the needs to the evaluation of the results);

• Database management (curriculum, training, personal data);

• Development of corporate communication projects;

• Implementation/Updates of the HR department procedures.

Your background:

• Academic background in Psychology, Economics, or a related field

• Full-time availability

• Fluent proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
