Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Manage supplier quality performance and ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.
• Lead supplier audits, process assessments, and qualification activities.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for supplier quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5Why, etc.).
• Monitor supplier quality KPIs, including PPM, defect rates, and on-time corrective action closure.
• Support new product launches through APQP, PPAP, and supplier readiness activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement and risk reduction.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Engineering.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, auditing, and supplier management skills.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication preferred.
