Coordinate, plan, develop, supervise and control all activities related to Preplanning and launching of new projects. Define the production process, support and follow the start-up curves & that the achievement of the declared performances.

Responsibility :

• Cascade the objectives defined at Operational and Functional level to the Preplanning team and define a work plan to execute them.
• Ensure good coordination between the Project Management & Preplanning division.
• Ensure a good connection between the design changes during the project development phases and the adjustment / improvement of the production process in order to guarantee consistency between the product change and the production process.
• Develop and update the resource mobilization strategy within the “Preplanning” division.
• Coordinate and direct the plans of the project in development while launching an implementation strategy with the other departments.
• Ensure compliance with established schedules and achievement of objectives while identifying risks and defining circumvention scenarios.
• Ensure the implementation of OS and Preplanning directives and align with the different revised versions.
• Prepare and present the investment for flow 4 while justifying the differences.
• Carry out Preplanning studies and propose possible scenarios for the definition of the manufacturing process while minimizing investments

Background :

• Bac5

• 2 years’ experience is mandatory in Aptiv

• 1 year experience is mandatory within Manufacturing Engineering Aptiv

• Fluent French and English

• Advanced computer skills
