Position Summary:

Industrial Engineer within Aptiv is responsible for managing engineering changes, coordinating implementation activities, and ensuring that project documentation meets all required standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defines requirements related to investments and costs in engineering changes, Model Year Changes
• *Coordinates the implementation of engineering activities with a multidisciplinary team *
• *Reports on project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and provide updates on improvements and innovations *
• Prepares and maintains project documentation for various purposes (internal use, certifications, customers, etc.)
• Performs preparatory activities for BOM in SAP/GSD
• *Organizes and leads internal meetings on D/PFMEA, BOD, Equipment Design, Problem-Solving Activities, and APQP, while driving team productivity improvements *
• *Validates new components, creates and maintains project files *
• *Analyzes and implements engineering changes *
• Prepares BOM and enters data into SAP

Requirements:

• Minimum High school education, preferably University or Higher education
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and processes is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Advanced Microsoft Office
• *Enthusiastic, initiative, ready for teamwork *
• Responsibility and accuracy in performing tasks
