  • Manage the Product Development Process(PDP). This includes coordinating all activities and interfacing with the team. Manage the organization through headcount, budget and other department driven activities.

  • Implement a date driven management culture based on PDP.

  • Overall management all projects finical & schedule, meet related stokehold expectation and target.

  • Team leadership to tracking and drive results

  • Champion of the APTIV flawless launches initiative.

  • Champion a common PDP system across L&P, consistent with global direction.

  • Lead value stream improvements for the PDP process.

  • Represent A/P as a member of the global PDP team.

  • Assure metrics are maintained and reported timely to the team.

  • Assure PDP information is maintained in the CBU quick place.

  • Facilitate PDP gate reviews for the CBU (low/high risk) reviews.

  • Participate in China Low/High Risk Reviews.

  • Personnel and budget control

  • Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and Aptiv Business Process.
