Afin de renforcer notre équipe Deskside, nous recherchons un.e Technicien.ne Support IT Junior, pour notre entité française.

Dans le cadre de vos missions, au sein du Service Informatique Europe (GIS, Global Information Services) et sous la responsabilité de votre manager, vous aurez la charge d’assurer un support informatique en partenariat avec le Service Desk global et l’équipe Deskside Europe.

Principales tâches et responsabilités :

Vous aurez pour principales missions :

• Apporter un support informatique de niveau 2 à nos utilisateurs Français pour des problèmes liés aux :

o Ordinateurs portables, stations de travail (Win11)

o Imprimantes

o Smartphones (i Phone, Intune)

o Salles de réunion (Microsoft Teams Room)

o Réseau (DNS, DHCP)

• Préparer nos ordinateurs selon les spécificités Applied Materials

• Mettre à jour les bases de données propres à notre model ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)

• Superviser le travail de nos partenaires lors d’interventions sur nos sites Français

• Participer à l’accueil des nouveaux salariés pour la partie IT (dotation informatique et formation)

• Exécuter les projets IT globaux (déploiement, mise à jour)

• Participer aux réunions du service informatique Européen.

• Endosser, dans une échéance à quelques années, le rôle de champion Européen sur une compétence IT

Votre profil :

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un bac+2/+3 en informatique (de type BTS SIO, BUT ou Licence en Informatique) et disposez d’une première expérience au sein d’un service informatique d’une entreprise internationale.

• Vous avez de solides connaissances en environnement Microsoft, une grande curiosité technique, un bon relationnel, des qualités de pédagogue et le sens du service.

• Vous parlez couramment anglais.

• Vous êtes d’un naturel autonome, rigoureux(se), flexible, êtes très proactif et avez une capacité à communiquer aisément avec vos différents partenaires internes et externes.
