Key Responsibilities

• Develops complex scope business & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share

• Recommends investment decisions for new product development

• Conducts complex competitive analysis for specific products or product lines.

Drives Red Team Analysis:

• Assists with complex pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions

• Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements

• Understands technical and business environments. Assists with the development of strategies to meet business objectives

• Supports the Field to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimization of all opportunities for account partnership and penetration

• Manages release of complex products through the end of their product life cycle

Requirements

• Master / Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering/ Science/ Physics studies

• 5+ years working experience in Semiconductor or Advanced Packaging environment

• In depth knowledge of CVD processes, Advanced Packaging architecture and process flow

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.

• 5+ years in product marketing or product management in semiconductor/high‑tech.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment and ability to convert technical features into customer value.

• Experience in market analysis, competitive analysis (including Red Team), and pricing strategy.

• Skilled in building business/marketing plans and assessing new product investment opportunities.

• Effective cross‑functional partner to Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales.

• Ability to support field teams with market, technical, and competitive insights.

• Proven experience managing product launches and full product lifecycle.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
