Key Responsibilities-
Design, develop and integrate for a variety of software projects in order to improve developer's experience.

• Working on both on-prem and Cloud environments, building infrastructure, tools and services such as build-system and CI processes for improving delivery and availability of the organization's products.

• Taking central role in product architecture design, such as infrastructure planning and product security aspects.

• Research and implementation of new technologies to improve processes in the organization while maintaining quick delivery cycles.

• Troubleshooting and resolving highly complex issues and providing professional guidance to junior employees.

• Usually knowledgeable in various programming languages such as: JAVA, Python.

Functional Knowledge

• Has developed advanced specialized expertise within a analytical/scientific area to perform the most complex work

Business Expertise

• Has a good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives

Leadership

• May act as a lead for the team, may allocate work and provide subject matter guidance to more junior team members

Problem Solving

• Exercises judgment, based on previous experience, practices and precedents, to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent

Impact

• Impacts the effectiveness of own team and closely related teams

Skills Set

• +5 years development experience (Java/Groovy/Python).

• Experience with CI/CD development (Cloud Environment - advantage).

• Strong knowledge of source control tools (e.g. git).

• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.

• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

• Exchanges ideas and information effectively; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others

• Both team player and self-oriented projects

• Experience with build-system development (e.g. Gradle/Docker) - advantage
