This is a hands‑on individual contributor leadership role, combining deep technical ownership with architectural vision, mentorship, and influence. You will help shape long‑term technology choices and act as a key technical decision maker in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.
  • Take ownership of critical components and ensure high availability, performance, and operational readiness in production environments.
  • Drive code quality through modern development practices, automation, and risk‑based testing.
  • Work closely with product managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Drive technological innovation, including integration of AI‑driven capabilities, into production systems.
  • Mentor developers and enforce high engineering standards, coding quality, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot challenging software issues in complex environments.

Requirments:

  • A passion for solving complex technical problems and driving engineering excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with Python.
  • Experience in technical leadership role, including architectural decision-making and mentoring developers.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and container orchestration.
  • Ability to work independently while actively leading and influencing technical discussions.
  • Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.

Advantages

  • Experience in designing, deploying, and operating Kubernetes‑based distributed systems in production.
  • Experience in full‑stack development, including React and TypeScript
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline deployments and improve delivery speed.
  • Experience leading cross‑team and cross-domains technical initiatives or architectural refactoring.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on innovative products that shape the future of the semiconductor industry
  • High autonomy to make technical decisions and drive innovation.
  • Work with a strong engineering team that values excellence, learning, and collaboration
  • Transparent and proactive culture that encourages raising issues early and improving continuously
  • Grow your technical leadership and influence across a global technology organization
