Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute dual‑sourcing strategies for advanced materials commodity (Ceramics, Quartz, Special Coatings).

Lead supplier selection, qualification, and onboarding in partnership with Commodity Management, BU/Mfg. Operations, SQE, and Engineering teams.

Own end‑to‑end program management of dual‑source projects, including Project identification, RFQ activity, Qual./Ramp PO, timelines, technical readiness, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional alignment.

Drive supplier readiness activities covering capacity, capability, cost modeling, PPI/FAI, regulatory compliance, and ramp‑up planning.

Assess supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity for critical materials.

Perform cost analysis, and negotiations for competitive sourcing.

Track and report program metrics including qualification progress, risk status, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Partner with engineering to influence materials strategy, specification optimization, and value engineering opportunities.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
