Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Own the resource planning for the PSE organization

• Responsible for the business process and execution of HC demand planning, Account

• BU alignment and HC approval recommendation for the PSE organization. Work closely with the accounts to understand the HC demand by product area, interact with the BUs to align on the priorities and prioritize the asks, as well as help execute the HC approval process for the field.

• Oversight and governance over field activities at the accounts: Strategic work in R&D sites, support in High Volume Manufacturing sites. Forecast and track installation activities

• PSE Productivity - drive the productivity improvement efforts for the PSE community.

• Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices

• Ability to define business processes and drive change management

• Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department or sub-functions

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
