As a Buyer, you’ll be responsible for purchasing the materials, supplies, machinery, and services that equip our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. You’ll collaborate across teams and showcase your organization and strategic planning skills to monitor inventory, manage delivery scheduling, negotiate with suppliers, and procure essential items that transform possibilities into realities for our customers and teams.

We are looking for a highly talented Indirect Procurement Services Buyer to join our unique team to lead our coming years growing indirect purchasing challenges.

What’s in it for you?

• Manage large scale indirect commercial engagements with strategic suppliers and subcontractors with high level of complexity, such as Consultants,Car Leasing, Outsource services, Production Logistic and others.
• Leading Segment strategy and annual operational plans (AOP).
• Lead commercial negotiation processes with main candidates, including cost analysis, market benchmark, and legal agreements.
• Supervise and monitor the execution of commercial agreements, including KPI measurements and high level escalation.
• Collaborate with internal focal : Legal, MFG, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics. Lead management reviews (QBR) and internal alignment.

What should you have?

• At least 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, commercial engagements, or B2B Sales in High Tech environment
• Mandatory.
• Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiation management and bid execution - mandatory.
• High analytical skills.
• High complexity Negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with attention to detail and organization.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher education in relevant field.
• Excellent English proficiency – reading\writing\speaking.
