TEAM OVERVIEW:

The AGS Logistics Automation & Network Optimization team defines and executes the global strategy for warehouse and logistics automation. By integrating AI/ML solutions, Robotics, and Industrial Automation, we optimize performance across our international network of warehouses and depots. Currently, our strategic focus is expanding into Generative AI and advanced data analytics to transform vast operational datasets into significant cost reductions and enhanced operational efficiencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Collection, Cleaning, Preprocessing and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Machine Learning/ Gen AI Model Development and Testing
• Data Visualization and Reporting

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Python Programming
• LLM Tools & Architectures
• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Supervised/Unsupervised Learning

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

• Bachelors
• Computer Science / Data Science / Data Analytics / Cognitive Science / Statistics
• Preferred GPA of 3.5+
• GenAI or LLM tools knowledge / Data Science modeling experience

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
