Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Selection Process/ develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.

• Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.

• Performing quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction action.

• Performing the supplier technical audit process and evaluating supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.

• Evaluates technical requirements of new and existing products. Applies knowledge of qualified sources and products for system improvements, increased product reliabiliity and mitigated risk.

• Support product development and improvement teams for qualified suppliers and product reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

• More than 5 years of relevant experiences in Supplier Quality

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Resourceful, meticulous and proactive mindset

• Flexibility to travel if necessary
