Who are we?

We are a global leader in the semiconductor industry, developing advanced metrology systems for nextgeneration products. Our organization is responsible for transforming innovative designs into robust, repeatable, and scalable systems.
The New Product Manufacturing Engineering (NPME) team plays a critical role in bridging development and the production floor, ensuring that new products are manufacturable, mature, and ready for high volume manufacturing. As NPME you will lead products from early development phases, ensuring all the manufacturing requirements are addressed. By taking an active role in first prototypes integration, you will gather knowledge and will be responsible for creating an infrastructure that should support further transition to serial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • NPI Early Engagement: Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) pilot module builds and design reviews; identify and reflect critical gaps in Design for Excellence (DFx) systems; maintain continuous interface with NPI disciplines such as Product Design (PD), System Quality (S. Qual), Software (SW), and NPI project teams.

  • Documentation Preparation: Develop, maintain, and update all required documentation for calibration methods, certification processes, and integration activities to ensure readiness and compliance.

  • New Methods Implementation: Drive calibration methods from early phases through readiness; own certification processes, documentation, and gap closure.

  • Maturity Gap Leadership: Lead efforts to close maturity gaps across systems and processes.

  • Manufacturing Line Support: Provide escalation support for manufacturing (MFG) line issues.

  • Innovation Initiatives: Propose and implement methods to improve ease of use and introduce supporting features for managing and tracking complex details.

  • Integration Focus: Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, optical, and software domains to ensure seamless integration of multidisciplinary systems.

Job Requirements
