Position Summary
Leads HR compliance to ensure employment practices, policies, and programs meet applicable labor and regulatory requirements. Drives risk mitigation, required reporting, and practical guidance for HR and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own HR compliance strategy, risk assessment, and annual compliance calendar (requirements, milestones, deadlines).
- Lead required employment reporting (EEO‑1, VETS‑4212, CA Pay Data, MA Pay Reporting) and related audits/records readiness.
- Develop and maintain annual Affirmative Action Plans for Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities (VEVRAA/Section 503).
- Maintain posting/notification compliance across U.S. locations; monitor regulatory changes and drive updates to notices, policies, processes, vendors, and communications.
- Provide oversight for Separation and Workplace Accommodations programs; improve documentation and workflows through cross-functional partnership.
- Serve as primary point of contact for government contract labor/employment compliance requirements, certifications, and inquiries; partner with Legal to provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate HR Business Continuity Planning and lead HR workstreams for Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) compliance.
- Manage compliance vendors (e.g., unemployment, outplacement, work authorization, AAPs) and vendor performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity; strong problem-solving mindset in high-volume environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Influences and aligns stakeholders; drives decisions without direct authority.
- Detail-oriented and process-focused; maintains accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
- High integrity and discretion; uses analytical judgment to assess risk and translate data into action.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
