As an Engineering Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex software development from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and project management expertise to ensure project objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging problem-solving and knowledge-sharing.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

Previous developer experience in Python/Java and AI/ML a plus

A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG is a plus

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Comfortable working in a multi-discipline, geographically dispersed team.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in engineering project management, applying strong engineering principles and software development expertise to deliver complex projects successfully.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders through effective communication, Agile/Scrum practices, and structured project execution.

Hands-on proficiency with JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking, alongside advanced MS Excel skills for data-driven reporting and analysis.

PMP (or equivalent) certification preferred; holds a B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
