A strong Senior Automation technical lead with experience in tech transformation, operating model set up and experience in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI).","responsibilities":"Build Solutions for a large scale global automation program across multiple stakeholders / business functions.

Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the long-term global automation vision, aligning it with enterprise-wide business objectives.

Matrix Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional global teams (engineering, IT, operations) and steer vendor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical thought leader, influencing C-suite decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling.

In this position you will be expected to:

Participate in every stage of feature development from design and brainstorming through feature implementation, including fixing that last critical bug under a tight release deadline.

Work as part of a dynamic team collaborating closely with other engineers, engineering teams and product owners.

Create technical specifications and design artifacts.

Implement major features from scratch.

Create unit tests for features.

Perform code reviews.

Contribute to design & overall product architecture.

Passion for data quality, code elegance, clear documentation, cost saving and operational excellence and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

BS / MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years experience in application development with proven track record of developing highly reliable and scalable systems.

Experience in building solutions using GenAI.

Experience with designing and implementing highly available, distributed systems and web services.

Good understanding of object oriented techniques, algorithms, Java design patterns and reusable component design.

Proven record of completing projects on-time and to specification.

Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

Good verbal and written communications skills.
