Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. As the Growth and Transformation Lead, you will be the central leader responsible for evolving how we work to achieve our digital vision for the Apple Store Online: delivering magical shopping experiences for our customers and reaching more of them around the world.

Your mission is to fundamentally transform our operating model to empower our teams and scale our processes effectively by championing the shift to a more nimble culture. Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals, priorities, and success metrics.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, building awareness, understanding, and support for transformation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in transformation initiatives, change management, or management consulting.

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.

Experience with various change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. A Master's degree/MBA is preferred.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
