Are you a strategic thinker who excels at tactical execution? Do you love to solve problems and have an uncanny knack for analytics? As part of our World Wide Sales Business Transformation group, you and your team will be responsible for implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. -
Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and present findings and recommendations to various audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all levels of the organization.
-
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
-
Work closely with engineering, product management, UX/UI design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
-
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales operations, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
-
Support change management activities, including developing communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies for new processes and systems.
