Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Apple is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team to lead some of Apple Retail's most significant growth initiatives. This team is responsible for building seamless, personalized, and innovative digital commerce experiences and capabilities for all our online customers.
This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to bring to life incredible products for our customers.
Description
This role will develop product strategies, identify opportunities, and design solutions that set the standard for Apple's affordability initiatives and representing the future of digital retail. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Marketing, Operations, Marcom, Finance, and various Engineering teams. Success in this role will include delivering timely and seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers.","responsibilities":"Develop multi-year strategies, roadmaps, and plans to achieve business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience defining and delivering customer experiences related to Affordability programs, subscriptions, or payments such as loyalty/upgrade, and/or financing programs.
Experience working with external partnerships and cross functional teams to drive requirements and align on solutions to provide the best possible customer experience and technology
Ability to lead significant digital transformations, including adopting new technology platforms and defining operational processes
Possess strong technical skills with the ability to dive into architecture and designs in order to partner with solution architects and engineering teams
Capable of moving from high-level conceptual ideas to detailed, systematically organized plans and implementations
Proven ability to translate complex information into concise, and compelling narratives appropriate for different stakeholders, fostering alignment across all organizational levels
Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities, helping create an environment by respecting differences and having a curiosity to learn.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
