The Packaging EPM Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a diverse team of program managers who orchestrate the "unboxing" experience for our customers. Description:

Lead the Packaging Engineering Program Management team, overseeing the planning and execution of a portfolio of packaging projects from concept to mass production. You will be responsible for the team structure, hiring, and career development of individual EPMs. You will serve as the primary escalation point for the program with cross-functional leadership in Operations, Industrial Design, Product Design, and Marketing. You will drive the team to set clear objectives, manage complex build matrices, and ensure the timely completion of high-quality packaging solutions. Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills

Highly disciplined in workflow, process, and staying organized on priority tasks

Superior attention to detail with a strong commitment to rigor and excellence

Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty and rapid change

Previous work or exposure to environmental initiatives and sustainability policies

Masters in Engineering or MBA is a plus:

Minimum Qualifications:

BS in Engineering:

8+ years of relevant industry experience, with specific experience in packaging or mechanical product design

3+ years of direct people management experience (leading teams of PMs or Engineers)

Proven track record of managing complex hardware development cycles

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,600 and $313,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
