The Applications team is looking for a dynamic project manager to provide specialized support to the Apple Creator Studio team and facilitate product operations for our cross-functional partners.
Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, results-oriented individual with extensive experience in operational / project management. As Project Manager for Creativity Apps Product, you'll work closely with the Worldwide Product Marketing team on key initiatives from concept through launch, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion.
Work closely with the Creativity Apps team to facilitate operations between product, engineering, marketing, design, legal, public relations and business. Support product and business goals, using your expert skills to develop and implement processes as well as improve operations and communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Lead day-to-day progress of tasks and results and coordinate product requirements and cross-functional roadmaps while driving teams to meet commitments based on those plans. Represent the Creativity Apps Product team's strategic priorities and negotiate with partners across the organization to align schedules, priorities, and resources. Organize and lead meetings on behalf of the Product team, communicate regular updates, and track the completion of deliverables across Creativity Apps.
Foresee and manage risks and dependencies for Creativity Apps initiatives, and work to ensure that roadblocks are removed and all open issues are resolved. You thrive in an ambiguous environment and are adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.
Stay detailed down to the granular level, while maintaining a high-level perspective of the project at hand. A successful Project Manager excels in program / project management, communicates with ease at all levels, is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts, leads through relationships and influence, has strong executive presence, and displays grace under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with subscription businesses or consumer creative software products
Understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps
Familiar with metrics, operations, and the complete software product lifecycle
Experience working with product marketing / product management teams to develop and drive roadmaps
Understand product strategy and can provide input to help drive cross-functional initiatives forward
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years Product Operations, Planning, or Project / Program Management experience; demonstrating increasing levels of operational responsibilities
Track record of leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects; demonstrating a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues to completion
A history of driving partnerships and building relationships across teams
Outstanding organizational and presentation skills; exhibiting executive presence and comfortable speaking and presenting to leadership
Comfortable in ambiguous situations and can brainstorm solutions in high-pressure situations
Ability to anticipate and resolve problems while staying the course on overall business and project priorities
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
