Description
We are looking for a DFM engineer who will focus on flexible printed circuits assembly manufacturing process setup, quality control and continuous improvements. Looking forward to having you join us, you will be Apple’s greatest value.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science fields.
3+ years quality or process engineering experience in electronic industry.
Be proficient in using process & quality tools like: SPC, MSA, FMEA and etc.
Willing to travel to support manufacturing builds & resolve hot issues. Able to relocate and onsite support critical NPI/sustaining projects as necessary.
Good communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
Good team-player and independent, able to work under fast pace, committed and result orientated.
Preferred Qualifications
Master Degree or MBA is a plus.
5~10 years' experience of engineering, design, manufacturing, NPI, engineering program management, quality or supplier management in electronic industry, SMT /assembly experience and managerial experience.
Familiar with quality management methods like 6 sigma, reliability test, failure analysis methodology etc.
Work with multiple functional groups, shown strong leadership.
Passionate & highly independent individual, good discipline, responsible and trustworthy.
Experience of coding, smart manufacturing, digital transformation or AIML is an advantage.
