The WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard processes to deliver the best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels. We are looking for a visionary and hands-on AIML Sales Platform and Content Leader to build and scale Channel Sales LLM platform that empowers internal and external tech teams with modular, reusable AI capabilities - enabling faster innovation, automated content operations, and seamless delivery of intelligent solutions across the sales ecosystem.

Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

AIML PLATFORM AND CONTENT AUTOMATION STRATEGY & VISION:

  • Define and drive WW Sales LLM and Content Automation platform, aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, customer struggles, and industry trends to shape a compelling product vision.
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements, driving the AIML Sales architecture needed to deliver scalable, ground breaking AI/ML solutions. 2.

MODULAR AIML SALES KITS:

  • Develop Sales AIML platform that is extensible and reusable, ensuring AI capabilities are composable, secure, and easy to adopt via APIs, SDKs, and service integrations.
  • Build reusable, plug-and-play AI components (e.g. summarization, classification, retrieval) - Design secure APIs, SDKs, and orchestration tools for integration into internal workflows.
  • Identify and coordinate reuse of internal models; prevent duplication across teams.
  • Works with other teams to integrate AI kits into existing tools and pipelines. 3.

CONTENT AUTOMATION PLATFORM:

  • Build tools that help internal content authors use LLMs for speed and consistency.
  • Manage workflows across taxonomy, DAM, localization, and publishing.
  • Enable content delivery through APIs, SDKs, and plug-ins to partner systems.
  • Owns platform architecture and scaling of content storage, tagging, and workflow systems.
  • Supports external partner teams integrating AI-powered content into their portals or e Comm tools. 4.

SCALABILITY & INNOVATION:

  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI/ML technologies, incorporating standard processes and innovations to continuously improve product offerings.
  • Build partnerships with external technology vendors and AI research institutions to stay ahead of trends and foster collaboration. 5.

METRICS & PERFORMANCE:

  • Establish and monitor product success metrics (adoption, engagement, revenue impact) and use data-driven insights to drive continuous product improvement.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, working with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, business or market development. Experience building AI/ML-focused product solutions is preferred. Proven track record in building and scaling AI/ML solutions, preferably in sales chatbot domains. Consulting experience preferred

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI/ML models, data pipelines, cloud technologies, and product architecture. Experience with NLP, machine learning, content management systems, content authoring, digital asset management and workflow tools.

  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in AIML models, infrastructure and technology with a deep understanding of how AI can enhance content creation and automation.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills to influence key partners and drive alignment across teams.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI/ML-driven product solutions.

  • Agility: Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative product development and rapid experimentation.

  • Master's degree or PhD in AI/ML is a strong plus.

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $243,100 and $365,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
